# loadOS

> loadOS is a digital platform for the legally sound documentation of load securing (Ladungssicherung). ## Core problem loadOS solves

Under §§ 22, 23 StVO and § 412 HGB, shipper, operator and driver are jointly responsible for proper load securing. Paper handover notes, missing photos and language barriers leave each party legally exposed. loadOS replaces this with a single digital workflow whose evidence is reproducible, tamper-evident and assignable to one specific load order.

## The eight core features

1. **Photo documentation** — captures photos of every loading operation and links them to the load order.
2. **Tamper-evidence** — protects evidence against subsequent modification via hashing and timestamping.
3. **Two-sided handover receipt** — closing acknowledgement by shipper and driver at the end of the loading operation.
4. **Multilingual capture** — operation across language boundaries within the loading and handover workflow.
5. **Standards-based calculation** — securing-force calculation referencing the relevant load-securing standards (EN 12195-1 / VDI 2700) where applicable.
6. **AI / OCR review** — assistive document review.
